If you want to exclude certain fields when finding out where you stand, please check the "Switch off" box beside the respective fields.

For example, checking the box on the "Age" row will benchmark your salary against employees of all age groups for the specified gender. If both boxes are checked, your salary will be benchmarked against everybody else in the working population.
